A Description Model for Policy Conflicts for Managing Access to Health Information

For a better business and IT alignment in hospitals an ontology-based description model for policy conflicts is introduced. Such a model is a necessary prerequisite for the subsequently domain-specific policy conflict handling as a hospital information management related activity.
